CBB81 capacitor belongs to metal film polypropylene series of capacitors. It is of high-voltage metal polypropylene film dielectric and of high voltage , also known as high-voltage capacitor, absorption capacitor, high-frequency capacitor. It takes metallized polypropylene film as the dielectric, winding with aluminum foil, epoxy resin encapsulated, tinned copper clad steel wire (CP line) radial leaded.
The CBB81 capacitor has the advantages of low high-frequency loss, strong over current capability, high insulation resistance, long life, stable temperature characteristic and decrease of loss angle tangent with increasing working frequency.
CBB81 capacitor in appearance is similar to CBB22 capacitor, but the volume is bigger than CBB22 capacitor. The main reason why we still do R&D of CBB81 is that CBB22 capacitor cannot be competent for high current equipment. CBB81 capacitor is superior to CBB22 in raw material and production process, but CBB22 is more suitable for equipment that does not require high power current.
